Insurance

Do you employ any workers? If so, you must insure them against occupational accidents from their first working day on. You must insure them through an authorized insurance company (pdf - 15.16 KB).

All your staff must be insured through the same insurance company. You might only take out an insurance in different insurance companies if you have several offices.

Your insurance contract cannot last for more than one year as from the 1st of January following the date of its signing. This period can be extended to 3 years by mutual agreement.

Your insurance contract renews automatically but you can terminate it on a yearly basis by sending a registered letter at least 3 months before the end of the contract.
